Bethesda has revealed that the highly anticipated 1.4 update for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be released for Xbox 360 today. Once rolled out, the patch will automatically be downloaded when starting the game on Xbox 360.
“It’s coming! 1.4 should go up on XBL early tomorrow,” tweeted Bethesda marketing boss Pete Hines last night.
“PS3 update is looking good too. We’ll update if we get more info from Sony,” he added.
While the update will be good news to Xbox 360 gamers experiencing a number of bugs, it’s even more important for PlayStation 3 players – Skyrim on PS3 has suffered from terrible lag ever since its release.
Yesterday the high-resolution texture pack and Creation Kit was released for the PC version of Skyrim.
