The long-awaited pirates game from Ubisoft is finally set to come out. After several delays, the full release is only a couple of weeks away meaning it’s impossible the adventure gets postponed any further. If you’re unsure about buying the game, then the good news is you can play a demo for free. Here is the Skull and Bones open beta preload date and download size for PS5, PC, and Xbox.

The release date for Skull and Bones is February 16th with three days of early access possible if you pre-order the Premium edition. Unfortunately for Ubisoft, the game is setting sail in a very busy part of the release schedule of games for 2024. On one side of its flank is Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League and Persona 3 Reload, on the other side of its flank is Helldivers 2 and Tomb Raider Remastered trilogy, and then creeping up behind is Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.

February is an incredibly stacked month of heavily anticipated game releases. Ubisoft’s Pirates of the Caribbean has the downside of skepticism from the gaming community, but hopefully, their open beta will sway the naysayers to commit to abandoning land for a life on the open water.
