Eidos Montreal has cobbled together another brief Shadow of the Tomb Raider gameplay video, this time shining the spotlight on the various ways in which Lara Croft can brutally dispatch unsuspecting foes.

Evidently, the experience of her past two trinket-pinching adventures have made Lara a more efficient killer who is just as comfortable at steathily slitting throats as she is capping people in the head.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is due out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on September 14, so there's not long left to wait for Lara's defining outing.

Sadly, it looks like Nintendo Switch owners are not going to be able to come along for the ride.

Developer Eidos Montreal revealed last week that Shadow of the Tomb Raider will support various difficulties for combat, puzzles, and traversal.
