SEGA Rally Online Arcade, the digital download racer based on SEGA Rally and SEGA Rally 3 is due for release on Xbox LIVE Arcade on May 18. The game will cost 800 Microsoft Points.
SEGA Rally Online Arcade features Championship Battle mode and Time Attack, and adds an online racing mode that lets players battle it out with up to five drivers around the world.
The game also offers a brand new achievement system, 14 rally cars to choose from and online leaderboards.
A PlayStation Network version for PS3 is also planned, although a release date is currently unknown.
800 Microsoft Points seems very reasonable for an arcade racer – most big titles hit the download service at 1200 points. Considering the excellent retail release the game is based on, I’d expect SEGA Rally Online Arcade to be worth a look.
