Ubisoft have announced that the third game in the Splinter Cell series is to be released on the GameCube as well as the other major formats. The game will hit retail shelves sometime in March 2005, along side the PC, Xbox and Playstation 2 versions. Few details are available on platform specifics, but the GameCube version isn’t expected to feature any of the online modes that will appear in the other three versions.
