Capcom and Nintendo have announced that Resident Evil Revelations will be released for the 3DS in Europe on January 27. Nintendo will be responsible for sales, marketing and distribution of the game throughout European territories and Australia.
Revelations is set in 2005, answering questions and revealing truths from the Resident Evil storyline between Resident Evil 4 and 5. The game will feature familiar faces Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield, as well as new characters and enemies.
Capcom has also confirmed that the game is compatible with the new slider pad – the add-on that provides the handheld with a second circle pad and two more shoulder buttons.
