Rainbow Six Siege Rainbow is Magic 2023 Event

Ubisoft is kicking off their Rainbow Six Siege April Fools festivities by bringing back the notoriously bright Rainbow is Magic event. This whimsical event featuring all things colorful and adorable has long been a tradition within the FPS title ever since it was first introduced in 2019 during the Operation Burnt Horizon expansion.

Now that it’s been announced, you may be wondering what you can expect with this year’s iteration of the multicolored celebration. For this reason, we’ll be taking a look at all that’ll be introduced during the event, including its duration, cosmetics, game modes, and more. When is the Rainbow is Magic event in Rainbow Six Siege?

The Rainbow is Magic event will begin on March 29, 2023 and will last for three weeks until April 19, 2023. During this limited-time event, a new game mode will be available that revolves around defending and attacking Mr. Bear, which is essentially just a person in a bear costume.

There will also be several bundles available at the in-game store throughout its duration, all of which remain true to the rainbow-themed design. Much like the event, these cosmetics will only be available for a limited time so you’ll need to be quick if you want to use them in-game.

The Rainbow is Magic event is Rainbow Six Siege‘s celebration of April Fools that features numerous thematic additions. This includes a limited-time game mode called Bop the Teddies wherein opposing teams will each attempt to attack the enemy squad’s Mr. Bear while defending their own. Players will also be able to choose from three different fighting styles during this time, namely Speedy, Stronk, and Flexy.

As mentioned before, several thematic skins are also going to be purchasable during this time. The Operators that will receive multicolored cosmetics include Kaid, Buck, Thatcher, and Sledge so make sure to grab them once they’re available.
