In case you missed it, Bethesda's E3 press conference kicked off with an actual Andrew W.K. performing his Rage 2 hit, Ready to Die. We were absolutely lapping it up in the office, but the crowd seemed more pissed off than anything,
Anyway, not content with lending his growling vocals to the game's signature tune, Andrew will also feature in the Rage 2 Collector's Edition — as the voice of the Ruckus the Crusher talking head.
The Collector's Edition will set you back $119.99, and includes a heap of physical goodies, including a monster truck skin, a copy of the game, steelbook, poster, BFG, plus in-game bonuses such everything seen in the Deluxe Edition, Cult of the Death God mission, Wasteland Wizard Cheat Codes, and the Nicholas Raine armor and settler pistol.
It seems you have to pre-order the Collector's Edition to bag the talking head, but you're obviously going to do that anyway, right?
Rage 2 is due out in spring 2019 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. To be honest, the game's announcement has been a nice surprise; the original Rage launched in 2011, and didn't really set the world alight.
