The delay is of course in reference to the North American launch, where the PS3 goes on sale from November 17. One of the reasons to pick up the PS3 version was the new Knights of the Nine quest, but since this was announced the same expansion has been revealed for the PC and Xbox 360.
In fact, you’ll be able to get hold of the new quest on November 21, with the PC version costing $9.99 from OblivionDownloads.com, and the Xbox 360 version setting you back 800 Microsoft Points through Xbox Live Marketplace. The new quest will also be available in a bumper retail package for the PC, containing all the new updates since the game was released.
