The PS Plus July 2024 Extra and Premium games should be announced and confirmed later today. It’s been an average month with the Essentials as Borderlands 3 is great, but Among Us is cheap and NHL is only interesting to fans of ice hockey. While the Essentials selection this month is a little disappointing, the good news is that a PS Plus July 2024 Extra and Premium leak includes three brilliant games that you should play provided the leak is true.
Although this month is a bit barren, there are a still a few new experiences for PlayStation users to enjoy. Zenless Zone Zero has joined Sony consoles as a free-to-play epic, meanwhile, PS5 fans can soon join the beta for Concord. And, if you’re a fan of Dead By Daylight, PlayStation icon Lara Croft is joining The Fog as a survivor very soon.
While the above are exciting, PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers have the July 2024 additions to anticipate. They should be revealed today, and a fresh leak suggests we’re getting some amazing titles.
PS Plus July 2024 Extra and Premium games leak
The leaked games for PS Plus Extra and Premium in July 2024 are as follows:
- Remnant II
- Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core Reunion
- Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – Enhanced Edition
- Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord
- No More Heroes 3
- Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes Complete Edition
All of the above leaked games come courtesy of prominent leaker, Billbil_kun via dealabs. They have a very good track record for leaking PS Plus additions, but these games are not official until Sony’s announcement.
In addition to the above selection, Billbil_kun has said, “Remnant: From the Ashes is also expected to be among the list above but we have not been able to confirm this information 100%”. It’s also worth pointing out that this is not the complete selection of games to be added this month as Billbil_kun hasn’t been able to identify the upcoming classics that will be exclusive to Premium.
Looking at the leaked selection of games, we have three brilliant additions provided the leak is true. Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core Reunion is a fantastic retelling of the original PSP experience, and it’s a must-play if you enjoyed Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth. It massively elaborates on Zack and his relationship with Cloud, and it also adds way more character to the iconic villain, Sephiroth.
Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous is also a brilliant RPG. It’s by the magnificent Owlcat Games, and it’s a perfect CRPG. It doesn’t have the same production values and presentation as Baldur’s Gate 3, but you should definitely give Pathfinder a chance if you enjoyed Larian’s entry into Dungeons and Dragons.
Lastly, Remnant 2 is a great third-person shooter RPG that is very easy players to enjoy. While these three are arguably the best additions, Mount & Blade II would be worthy of your attention, too.
