Barely a month after announcing Harry Potter: Wizards Unite from Pokemon Go developer Niantic Games, today Warner Bros imprint Portkey Games has announced a second mobile game in the wizarding franchise in the form of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery.

As with the previous announcement, there’s not a huge amount of information yet on the game, but we do know you’ll be taking on the role of a new Hogwarts student of your own creation and move through your academic life taking part in wizarding lessons taught by Professors and getting to do activities like the Duelling Club with other, more well known, characters from the series.

This time, development duties will be handled by LA based Jam City, who were previously responsible for mobile titles Family Guy: Another Freakin’ Mobile Game and Avengers Academy. There’s no specific date yet, but Portkey promises that the game will appear on both iOS and Android in 2018 and more information can be gained by signing up on the game’s official website.
