PlayStation 5 owners can now get six free months of Apple TV+

PlayStation has announced that all PlayStation 5 console owners can now claim six free months of Apple TV+ for the next year.

As per the announcement, all interested parties have to do to claim the offer is download and open the Apple TV app on their PlayStation 5 console and sign in with their Apple ID. The offer is valid on all PlayStation 5 models, and is even available to existing and new subscribers alike. Once your free period expires, you’ll be charged the usual £4.99 GBP a month on your payment method.

The streaming service offers thousands of TV shows and movies to buy or rent. It also includes several exclusive original series, such as soccer comedy Ted Lasso and the Ubisoft TV project Mythic Quest.

If you’ve not managed to get hold of a PlayStation 5 console yet, no fear. The Apple TV promotion runs until July 22, 2022 so you’ve got an entire year to take advantage. You can check out all the countries the offer is available in, including the UK and the US, over on the dedicated webpage.
