Capcom has released a new action-packed trailer for Onimusha: Warlords Remastered, and despite its age, the game's pre-rendered backgrounds actually hold up pretty well.
Still, it's worth remembering that this isn't a full-blown remake like Capcom has done with Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2. Rather, the Japanese video game maker has smoothed down some of the rough edges and polished things up a bit, so it looks a little cleaner than the 2001 version.
The rest of the game looks just as you remember it though, right down to the combat, which was always one of Onimusha's biggest strengths. Check it out in action below.
Onimusha: Warlords Remastered is due for release on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on January 15, 2019.
