Private Division and Roll7 have announced that thespian Danny Trejo will feature in OlliOlli World when it arrives next week.
Yup, that’s right. The Machete actor will be one of the many characters you’ll meet in your skating journey through Radlandia. Complete with his signature cowboy hat and string vest, he’ll also have a special quest to offer you which will nab you a unique cosmetic item. As you do.
If you’re not up to speed, OlliOlli World will be the latest in the skateboarding series, but includes an all new world for you to explore. You’ll have to complete various missions for the denizens of Radlandia across five zones. Expect a different experience from the last two games, but there’ll still be rewards for finishing a flawless run, for example.
Mr Trejo’s been quite prominent in games of late. His last cameo appearance came last year when he dropped into Far Cry 6. In the Danny & Dani versus Everybody mission, you had to help the actor take on a bunch of Castillo’s forces with guns and explosions. Expect this outing to be a bit less bloody, however. Think more Spy Kids than Machete Kills.
OlliOlli World, along with Danny Trejo, arrives on February 8 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
