No Man’s Sky fails to retain the UK No.1 spot for a second week, with sales dropping a hefty 81 per cent on week two, reports ChartTrack.

Last week No Man’s Sky became Sony’s second biggest PS4 launch – only bettered by Uncharted 4 – and the platform holder’s biggest launch for a new IP on PS4, so such a big second week drop off is perhaps not that unexpected. Uncharted 4 dropped 78 per cent on its second week.

Codemasters’ F1 2016 manages to make the most of No Man’s Sky decline, launching at No.1, though sales are down 32 per cent compared to last year’s F1 2015.

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is up one place to third. EA’s Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is the biggest mover of the week, up 90 per cent and climbs back into the Top 40 at No.27.
