God of War 3 will not require an installation before you start playing, that’s according to Christer Ericson, director of technology at Sony Santa Monica. The Sony man tweeted the information, along with news that save games will take up less than 5MB of hard drive space.
Forgive us if you’re not someone who cares about installations and save data info, but this is God of War 3 we’re talking about – perhaps the biggest PS3 release of the year so far.
Sony is still to announce a release date for the game in Europe, but given the confirmed March 16 date in North America, we’re hopeful for March 19 here in the UK.
