Nintendo is finishing 2011 with a strong line-up for 3DS – Ocarina of Time 3D, Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7, and it looks like 2012 won’t disappoint either.

Confirmed for release next year from Nintendo alone are Mario Tennis, Luigi’s Mansion 2, Professor Layton 5 and Kid Icarus.

Third-party titles bolstering the line-up include Resident Evil: Revelations, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Tekken 3D Prime Edition and Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Resident Evil Revelations (Capcom) – January 27 2012

Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro – January 27 2012

CRUSH 3D (SEGA) – January

3D Game Collection (Mastertronic) – January

Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (SEGA) – February

One Piece Unlimited Cruise Special (NAMCO BANDAI Games S.A.S.) – February 10 2012

SpeedThru: Potzol’s Puzzle (Nintendo) – February

PAC-MAN Party 3D (NAMCO BANDAI Games S.A.S.)- Q1 2012

Rhythm Thief & the Emperor’s Treasure (SEGA) – Early 2012

Mario Tennis (Nintendo)- 2012

Luigi’s Mansion 2 (Nintendo)- 2012

Professor Layton 5 (Nintendo)- 2012

While not on par with Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land and Ocarina of Time 3D, it’s hard to argue that the 3DS doesn’t have an impressive line-up.
