Twitch streamer Ninja remains one of the most popular and outspoken figures in the video game space to this day, and the Fortnite content creator has once again exhibited his blunt honesty by going on a live stream rant wherein he labeled people within the CoD fan base as “disgusting, mentally abused players.”

This scathing statement from Ninja was made in response to the CoD community’s positive reaction toward the MW3 content that was teased during the October 2023 CoD Next event. The lengthy monologue was eventually clipped and posted on various social media sites, including X and TikTok, wherein the streamer said: “I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that the new CoD [installment] is gonna be riddled with glitches and cheaters when it launches, and it’ll take [Sledgehammer Games] months to even fix one issue.”

“But guess what? The gunplay is still gonna be good, and people are gonna be jizzing over the mobility that you disgusting, mentally abused players are gonna fall for it,” he continued. “And then [the developers] are gonna come up with some more Attack on Titan skins. You guys are gonna cream your pants over those; keep playing the game,” after which he explained how the same cycle would continue with the next series entry.

The clip has since received plenty of equally scathing comments from players within the FPS community, with some even calling out Ninja for playing a similar microtransaction-filled live-service game in Fortnite. Unfortunately, the debate between FPS fan bases doesn’t seem like it’s going to end any time soon, as players continue to aggressively defend the games they’re most loyal to.
