The latest issue of Nintendo Power has revealed that the Nintendo DS and Wii will soon be getting their very own Geometry Wars title – Geometry Wars: Galaxies.
According to scans of the magazine, posted over on buttonbasher, the new title will be developed by Kuju and will feature a fully fledged single-player campaign in which players will to defend the galaxy across numerous stages.
Both games will make use of their respective system’s controls with the DS game featuring touch screen mechanics, while the Wii game will use motion control in some form.
Both versions will also include a multiplayer mode and the original classic Geometry Wars Retro Evolved game.
Geometry Wars: Galaxies is said to be exclusive for Nintendo platforms and both games are on track for release in the autumn.
