Spooky Season has started to settle in and NBA 2K23 has embraced the spirit by releasing an all-new, Halloween theme pack for the MyTEAM community. With the NBA season already off to a fast and hot start, the excitement level for NBA 2K23 has risen and MyTEAM decided to add to the hype by introducing the Ferocious Pack.
The Ferocious drop marks the first MyTEAM pack of Season 2 and comes with eight new 91+ overall cards, six new players. Should you be aiming to implement your authority and dominance while channeling your inner monster ferocity on the courts, you can do just that with this new set of elite cards.
The Ferocious pack was released in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM today and comes with an exclusive three-part challenge. Should you complete all three parts, you will earn a free Ferocious pack that will grant you a chance at securing one of these new Halloween themed players.

Featured Player
The featured player for this special Halloween pack is the dauntingly dangerous guard from the Philadelphia 76ers, James Harden. In the 76ers tough Opening Day loss to the Boston Celtics, Harden had himself a big day, posting 35 points, seven assists, and eight rebounds, illustrating just how elite he continues to be at age 33.
Harden has three different cards you can acquire as illustrated above. From his lethal perimeter game to cut-throat slashing inside the paint, any of these Harden cards will do your lineups justice and in ferocious fashion.

Ferocious Three-Part Challenge
The Ferocious pack comes with a three-part challenge that grants you the opportunity to claim extra rewards. If you complete all three parts of the challenge, you will receive a free Ferocious pack with a chance to claim one of the new players.
The Ferocious pack challenge can be found under the Skill Challenges menu. Without further ado, here’s what you’ll need to complete to secure your free Ferocious pack:
Ferocious Challenge – Part 1
- Play Triple Threat game to 21 points against Amethyst Ferocious theme team on semi-pro
- Win the game
Ferocious Challenge – Part 2
- Play Triple Threat game to 21 points against Diamond Ferocious theme team on pro
- Win the game and make 4 dunks with a player
Ferocious Challenge – Part 3
- Play a four-quarter game (5 minutes each) against the Ferocious theme team on all-star
- Record 6 made three-point shots and 2 blocks as a team
