Infinity Ward has now announced that they’ll be introducing a new Raid chapter with the arrival of MW2 Season 2 Reloaded. Continuing on from the plot of Atomgrad Episode 1, players are once again set to take the roles of Captain Price, Farah, and Gaz as they find themselves at the base of a ballistic missile.

According to the official Call of Duty blog post, your main mission will be to “identify and acquire the attached payload,” which means you’ll first need to ascend the interior silo while encountering increasing enemy resistance.
Those who are able to complete the Raid episode successfully will be able to earn the “Bad Boonie” Operator Skin for Captain Price. Once unlocked, this can then be used across any Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 online modes.
As always, only those who own MW2 on their preferred platform will be able to access this latest installment. There will also be no Raid Assignment required to access Episode 2 so you and your teammates will immediately be able to play through it upon release.
For players who plan on participating in the upcoming event, it’s recommended that you play Special Ops missions in order to “earn Stars and level up your kits.” This will give your group more passive and active benefits during a Raid, which will make it easier to finish.

Based on the previous episode’s positive community reception, this next one should similarly be celebrated once it drops. Now, only a few days are left until the release of Season 2 Reloaded and the new Raid chapter so now’s the best time to prepare for it with your squad.
