As fans continue to have fun with Modern Warfare 2’s latest season, players have recently welcomed the unlikely addition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villain Shredder.

However, with the recent launch of another big name action movie franchise, players also have other names high on their wishlist – Keanu Reeves’ John Wick.

Wick would be the perfect fit for the shooter, given the character’s world’s gritty violence – and fans have already drawn up wishlists of what loadout John Wick would carry onto the battlefield.

For example – check out this thread on the John Wick Reddit – which uses the second and third films in the series to offer up plenty of suggestions, such as the M4 assault rifle, or the Expedite Shotgun.

In fact, many guns from the film’s iconic sequences – like the hotel lobby fight in 3 – can be recreated by using specific attachments.

“In COD it’s the BAS-P. Change the barrel, attach reflex sights, stock and muzzle break. Later he switches to the M2 version of the shotgun used in two, but with armour piercing rounds,” – says MovieNinja.

Of course, the character has previously appeared in battle royale rival Fortnite, as a playable character – so there may be issues there – but football stars such as Messi and Pogba have also appeared in both games too.

And let’s not forget – John has starred in his own games as well – such as 2019’s John Wick Hex from Bithell Games – which saw the assassin in a turn based thriller.

But Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 would be the perfect playground for John Wick’s style of violence – and fans would be ecstatic if he could be added to the game’s pantheon of Operators.

Let’s best not have any dogs on the battlefield in the line of fire though, things could get messy.
