Restart the MW2 app

No matter what platform you’re playing on, restarting the game itself will allow its internal features to reboot, including the in-game store. Entering the game again will then potentially allow you to access and purchase the seasonal battle pass.

Grind out 1 Battle Pass token

According to N4G Unlocked, a few users were reportedly able to fix the problem after earning one Battle Pass token. It’s currently unclear how this fixes the accessibility issue, but it may be because earning a token forces the game to place it with your battle pass, thereby refreshing it and allowing you to access it immediately.

Check for updates

Checking for updates is the easiest fix of all as it’s frequently used for most issues found within Steam or Battle.net games. For those playing on the former, you’ll be able to do this by simply heading to your library, right-clicking the MW2 app, selecting Properties. Then, you can head to the Local Files category and press “Verify integrity of game files.”
