NetherRealm has issued more details on the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 Closed Beta, confirming five playable characters will be appearing in the teaser.
Players will be able to test out Baraka, Jade, Kabal, Scarlet, and Scorpion, giving ou a nice mix of new and old. Obviously, that's just the tip of the iceberg in regards to Mortal Kombat 11's full roster, which was expanded yesterday with the announcement of Kotal Kahn.
The Closed Beta will allow you to ruck with other players in online multiplayer battles, as well as test driving the Towers of Time mode and Custom Character Variation System. The latter offers up a bunch of cosmetic items for your combatant, such as gear, skins, taunts, Brutalities, and more.
The Mortal Kombat 11 Closed Beta kicks off on March 27, with the full game arriving on April 23 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
