Capcom has announced that it’ll release Title Update 3 for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin from this Thursday.

The latest update for the RPG focused spin-off will include three new monsties to add to your team. These include the Soulseer Mizutsune, the Elderfrost Gammoth and Oroshi Kirin. The update will also add four new quests, with two co-op exploration quests, an Ice Phantom subquest and a special delivery quest.

Then, on September 18 a bunch more quests are to be added to the game, with the next update bringing eight of them. There’s five new Co-Op quests including exploration and slaying ones. There’s also two new eight-star subquests and a Pluck Me Some Shrooms delivery quest. Still to come later in the month at an undisclosed time are two new Monsties and the co-op exclusive High Difficulty version of the Kulve Taroth battle.

We rather enjoyed our time with Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin when it launched just last month. Josh said in his review that the game had “one of the most satisfying combat systems I’ve played in recent memory.” High praise indeed.

Check out a trailer for the update below. The first part of Title Update 3 for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin launches on Nintendo Switch and PC on September 2.
