Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 players can enjoy double XP this weekend, a message within the game has revealed.
mp1st reports that logging into Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer will greet players with the following message: “DLC Collection 1 is available for purchase now. New MP maps and SO Missions await you. Plus, earn Double XP this weekend.”
The Double XP event appears to be for Xbox 360 players only and is expected to begin Friday.
The event coincides with the release of Content Collection 1, offering four new maps and two Spec Ops missions for 1200 MS Points.
