Midway Games has announced the return of two of its most popular casual gaming titles for Wii and Nintendo DS.

Game Party for Wii has shipped over one million units worldwide to date and the sequel features 11 games including classics like Skill Ball, Darts and Hoop Shoot, and new games such as Bean Bags, Horseshoes, Lawn Darts and Puck Bowling. Four players will also be able to compete together using customised characters.

TouchMaster 2 will feature a collection of over 20 new card, action, strategy, puzzle and picture games. These will include new spins on Mahki, Poker and Solitaire.

“Following the great success of the first instalments, Game Party 2 and TouchMaster 2 are guaranteed to provide hours of entertainment, whether alone or in a group, for people of all ages,” said Leonie Manshanden, European Marketing Director, Midway Games Ltd. “Casual game fans enjoyed the intuitive style of the originals, which have now been expanded and enhanced but still maintain that pick-up-and-play feel.”

Both titles are scheduled for release this autumn.
