Metal Gear Solid 5 is in development at Kojima Productions using the next generation Fox Engine, Hideo Kojima has told French magazine IG.

In the interview Kojima also revealed that MGS5 will be based on the concept of infiltration, with characters who can interact – as seen in Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
But what of Solid Snake, Kojima said he just can’t leave him in the past.
“We have not yet finished with Solid Snake, despite the fact that I wanted to let him die at the end of Guns of the Patriots,” Kojima said.
Konami has declined to comment.
