Marvel Rivals streamers tease Season 2 reveal in a special Friday stream sponsored by NetEase
Marvel Rivals streamers such as TimTheTatman have revealed that this Friday, April 4, 2025, NetEase is sponsoring multiple streamers across the globe for a special stream, which is believed to be the first look at the upcoming Season 2 of the game.
In the video shared by Tim, he said, “We will be playing Marvel on Friday. The reason being we have a #ad for Marvel Rivals. Some stuff that I can’t necessarily talk about yet that I’m excited about.” This confirms that NetEase has indeed reached out to several content creators with official teasers and packages for its upcoming Season 2, where creators will showcase the new heroes and reveal the theme for the new season.
As per past seasons, NetEase did a similar reveal with Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, where creators teased the upcoming heroes and revealed the official trailer for the new season. Players are hoping a similar trend will follow as the official release date for Season 2 nears close.
Furthermore, NetEase has also confirmed that they will be fixing some major issues in Season 2 including the RAM usage on PC that is causing major issues in gameplay for players.
