LittleBigPlanet 3 is due to release on PlayStation 3 as well as PlayStation 4, LBP community coordinator Steven Isbell has revealed.
“LBP3 will also be available on PS3,” Isbell tweeted. “We will have more news on that later.”
But don’t just take Isbell’s word for it. Unlike DriveClub and The Last of Us: Remastered, which are both marked as “PlayStation 4 Exclusive” in Sony’s official E3 brochure, LittleBigPlanet 3 is only marked as a “PlayStation Exclusive”, suggesting it could be due to launch on other platforms.
The game doesn’t carry the “Exclusive to PS4” banner on SCEE’s website, either.
Sony has yet to formally announce a PS3 version of LittleBigPlanet 3. The PS4 version is due to release this November.
