LEGO Fortnite has been one of the hottest games over the past few weeks. Epic Games released it on December 7, attracting millions of players. The game even reached a concurrent player peak of 2.4 million players in its first week.

Epic intends to keep LEGO Fortnite as a permanent game mode, which is why we expect many more updates to come. According to a recent leak, the game will soon receive a game-changing feature. For more details, please keep reading the article.

A LEGO Fortnite leak shows details about an upcoming feature

Epic Games is no stranger to PvE games. After all, Save the World was the first mode that Fortnite had. It was released a few months before Fortnite Battle Royale, but it hasn’t achieved the same success. LEGO Fortnite, on the other hand, already has millions of active players and is shaping up to be a massive success.

According to iFireMonkey, one of the most reputable leakers, LEGO Fortnite will have an update that will add vendors. The leakers claim that three different types of vendors will come out, with each of them selling different items:

  • Raccoon: Treasure
  • Wolf: Weapons
  • Fox: Food

The Treasure Vendor will have all kinds of items players will be able to acquire, while Wolf and Fox will have weapons and food, respectively. This feature will allow players to obtain items in a much faster and easier way. Instead of gathering materials or crafting weapons and tools, it will also be possible to acquire these items from vendors, which is a fantastic feature.

Due to the lack of in-game currency, players will have to trade their own items to vendors, which makes this feature even more interesting. The LEGO Fortnite leak also shows many other details, including some kind of a reputation system. The higher the friendship with the vendors, the cheaper it will cost players to get items from them.

At the moment, the release date of the upcoming feature is unknown. However, it appears that Epic Games is preparing another big Fortnite update for early 2024. Due to this, we expect LEGO Fortnite vendors to come to the game within a few weeks.
