The previously announced content to be included in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for the PlayStation 3 has now been given a release date for the Xbox 360 and PC.

The new content will be available on November 21 over Xbox Live Marketplace and on OblivionDownloads.com for PC gamers. The expansion will also be released on November 23 (Europe) in a PC retail package containing all previous content: Horse Armour, The Orrery, Wizard’s Tower, Vile Lair, Thieves Den, Mehrunes’ Razor, and Spell Tomes.

Knights of the Nine features an all-new faction and quests for noble characters, and is said to answer many of the questions surrounding the Ayleid ruins. Players will need to join a faction and create an order of the holy knights to take on a sorcerer-king and his demonic minions.

The content will debut with the PlayStation 3 version at the North American launch on November 17, but, because of the European launch delay, Xbox 360 and PC players will have the new content months in advance in Europe.
