Milla Jovovich will return as Alice in Resident Evil: Retribution, set to release in September 2012, Bloody Disgusting reports.
Paul W.S. Anderson will write and direct, having previously directed the first film in the franchise and the most recent Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D.
In other casting news, Sienna Guillory has confirmed her return as Jill Valentine on Twitter, but Bloody Disgusting is hearing she will be replaced. The film will also feature STARS member Barry Burton, and US agent Leon S Kennedy.
Shooting is expected to begin in October.
