Alleged screenshots of Thief 4 have leaked online.
The screenshots, which appeared on a Russian website GamesManiac earlier this afternoon (via NeoGAF), appear to show a caped lead character scaling walls and sneaking around a medieval city.
The site claims that Thief 4, simply titled ‘Thief’, will release on PC and next-generation consoles in 2014.
To take a look at the screens, head through to GamesManiac’s website .
The game certainly looks like Thief to us, but Square won’t confirm it.
A Square Enix representative told VideoGamer.com that it does “not comment on rumour or speculation” when asked whether the screens published on GamesManiac’s site were of Thief 4.
Thief 4 is rumoured to be officially unveiled in the next issue of Game Informer.
