These spans from reports from Down Detector which indicate shortages to Meta services. In fact, Instagram seems to have taken a hit too alongside Facebook.
It seems as though many of Meta’s services have been affected, with Instagram and Facebook both suffering.
At this moment in time, Instagram Threads seems to be fine, though Messenger has taken a big hit too.
Many people are experiencing issues with logging into Facebook, though don’t think that you’re alone in this. The issue is widespread, which means that the backend team at Meta will be working fast to rectify the issue.
