Closing out Sony’s E3 presser was a gameplay demo of Insomniac Games’ Spider-Man. One of the things people picked up on in the footage was the fact that the web-slinging hero has a brand new suit.Â
Rather than the regular black spider emblem that rests on Peter Parker’s chest in the comics and movies, there was a white one. Insomniac tweeted a concerned fan, stating the new look logo is ‘explained in the game and has a purpose.’
Following on from that, Insomniac confirmed that the attire we saw during E3 isn’t the only option available to players, and that other options will be available.
Spider-Man is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 4Â in 2018.
