Bedtime Digital Games has announced that its releasing an action-adventure that happens to also be a musical. Figment will be coming out on PC on September 22. It’ll also come to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later in 2017.

In Figment players will play as Dusty, the mind’s ‘voice of courage’, and join with his happy-go-lucky friend Piper as they delve deep into the human mind to combat the fear that has spread and affected the voices within our heads. Dusty, for example, has become grumpy and unwilling.

The game’s presentation is pretty neat, with a quirky hand-drawn world, and a visual-style that’s eerily reminiscent of a Supergiant title such as Bastion or Pyre. Figment also features voice work that brings life to an amusing set of characters. Players will have to solve puzzles and battle singing bosses as they seek to restore courage by defeating the nightmares that have affected the mind.

Figment is out on the PC on September 22. This will be followed by a release on Switch, PS4 and Xbox One in Winter 2017.
