UPDATE 11/1: UK retailer GAME is now listing a May 2016 release window for Homefront: The Revolution, too, suggesting last week’s leaked release date could be true.
Deep Silver still hasn’t formally confirmed a date.
ORIGINAL STORY: Open world shooter Homefront: The Revolution is due to release on May 17, 2016, according to a new piece of marketing material allegedly spotted at US retailer Target.
According to Xbox Achievements, the cards featuring the release date are issued to customers after they place a pre-order and, as pictured below, clearly carry the May 17 date.
Deep Silver has yet to formally announce a release date, but has said that a multiplayer beta is due to begin early this year.
Homefront: The Revolution is currently in development at UK studio Dambuster Studios, and sees players joining a resistance group to retake Philadelphia following a Korean invasion.
