Rockstar Games has saddled up with the gameplay footage of Red Dead Redemption 2 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is due out on October 26, and takes place in 1899 during the twilight years of the Wild West. A prequel to 2010's epic cowboy opus, Red Dead 2 focuses on the notorious Dutch Van de Linde gang as they attempt to survive in a world where outlaws and gunslingers are slowly being eradicated.
While you'll control Arthur Morgan, players will also brush shoulders with a younger version of Red Dead hero John Marston, with the game also utilising the same brilliant Honor system as its predecessor to gauge your good and bad habits.
