Microsoft has revealed the three ways Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will integrate with Kinect; Analyse, Library, and voice commands.

Analyse will let you scan areas of the environment by holding the reticule over them and saying, perhaps unsurprisingly, “scan”. Developer 343 Industries has confirmed you’ll be able to scan vehicles, weapons, enemies, and characters.

The Library is where everything from Analyse mode will end up. Content can be accessed by gesticulating with your Kinect.

Microsoft detailed the features as part of a panel at New York Comic-Con (reported by IGN).

“Just to let everybody know, the Kinect features we’re exploring with Halo: Anniversary are optional and won’t affect your core gameplay experience,” said 343 Industries in August.

Microsoft also confirmed High Noon, a remake of Hang ‘Em High, will be one of Halo: Anniversary’s multiplayer maps.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will be released for Xbox 360 on November 15.
