Microsoft has released new footage of Halo 3 running at 1080p/60fps ahead of next month’s release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Posted by IGN, the footage shows a series of gameplay clips of the 2007 shooter running in full HD at the super smooth frame rate. To see what it looks like, have a gander at the video above.

Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2: Anniversary’s multiplayer, Halo 3 and Halo 4 are all set to run at 1080p/60fps in next month’s Xbox One release, with only Halo 2’s campaign coming in below the 1080p mark. Instead, that’ll run at 1328×1080.

Microsoft announced earlier this week that it had brought the UK release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection forward to November 11.
