After Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock Activision decided to drop the number for the next game, titling Guitar Hero IV, Guitar Hero World Tour. Then, with the fifth game it went back to the numbers, releasing Guitar Hero 5.
It would appear the numbers are gone again for this year’s title; Amazon.com has outed Guitar Hero: Warrior’s of Rock.
The game’s listed for a September 21 release in North America, pointing to September 24 here in the UK.
