ArenaNet and NCsoft Europe have announced that the Sorrow’s Furnace update for Guild Wars will be available on 7th September at no cost to Guild Wars account holders. The update will bring two new explorable areas to the game that will be of extra interest to high-level players. Adventurers will find new quests, new monsters and new items.

In related news, DirectSong will release new music for Sorrow’s Furnace that will be free for Guild Wars account holders. The Mini-Pak will also include a preview of the full music upgrade that DirectSong will release for Guild Wars at the end of September.
