More information on Grand Theft Auto 5 has been revealed, courtesy of this week’s issue of Shortlist.
According to the magazine, GTA 5’s protagonist is an “East Coast gangster” who has moved to Los Santos “for a fresh start”.
“But, as in The Godfather Part III,” the magazine continues, “just as he thought he was out, they pulled him back in.”
Alongside the new details, Shortlist published a brand new GTA 5 screenshot, which you can catch at the top of the page.
The character featured in the screen seems to be identical to the one featured in a previous GTA 5 screenshot, and recently released artwork.
Rockstar has yet to confirm whether or not he is GTA 5’s lead character.
Loads more info on GTA 5, including additional screenshots, will be revealed by Game Informer later today.
The game is set to release during spring 2013 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
