The PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 has been delayed to March 24, 2015, Rockstar has confirmed. The game had previously been due to arrive on January 27.
Rockstar says that the delay will provide it with “a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make [the PC version of GTA 5] as good as can be”.
“Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans,” said Rockstar. “Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March.”
The PC version will include support for 4K resolution at 60fps and allow for triple monitor configurations, provided you have a powerful enough rig.
