Rockstar is developing a next-gen title due for release before the end of March 2015, parent company Take-Two has revealed.
Speaking during the company’s financial results this evening, CEO Strauss Zelnick revealed that Rockstar is “hard at work on their upcoming line-up and we’re excited about what they have in store for the new generation of systems this fiscal year.”
Zelnick added that he expects Rockstar titles to account for 45 per cent of Take-Two’s total revenue this financial year.
Take-Two chose not to confirm whether Rockstar would be at E3 next month when asked during the call’s Q&A session.
Rockstar has yet to formally announce its next title, although it’s widely rumoured to be working on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports of Grand Theft Auto 5. Could this be it?
More on Take-Two’s unannounced titles will be revealed in “the coming months”, the firm says.
