Almost 52 million copies of Grand Theft Auto 5 have been shipped since the game’s release in September 2013, Take Two Interactive has announced.
The new figure marks an increase of almost 7 million units since February, when Take Two announced the game had sold in over 45 million units.
Since then, of course, the game has released on PC, although sales numbers for the platform remain unclear. 75 percent of all GTA 5 PC sales, however, were delivered digitally.
It was revealed this morning that over 5 million physical copies of GTA 5 had been sold in the UK.
