UPDATE: Rockstar has confirmed that GTA 5 will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC this autumn.
“Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC will take full advantage of the power of new generation systems to deliver the ultimate open-world experience,” says Rockstar.
An exact release date has yet to be confirmed.
ORIGINAL REPORT: Grand Theft Auto 5 is heading to PlayStation 4 this autumn with a host of visual enhancements, Sony has announced.
PS3 and Xbox 360 players will also be able to transfer their existing GTA Online account to the next-gen version, carrying over their stats and items.
An Xbox One and PC version has yet to be confirmed.
