Gone Home, the critically acclaimed exploration game from The Fullbright Company, will be released in boxed form on July 3, publisher Merge Games has announced.

The £19.95 boxed version will include a DRM-free version of the game, Steam key, sticker, poster and art book.

In addition to the UK, the boxed version will launch in Ireland, Benelux, Nordic, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the Czech Republic.

Gone Home sees players arriving home after a year abroad, but the house is unexpectedly empty and something isn’t right. Where is everyone and what’s happened? Players will have to explore the house and inspect every detail of a seemingly normal house to discover the story of the people who live there.

A console version is also expected to launch later this year.
