PlayStation 5 launch title Godfall will be coming to Xbox consoles & Steam next month, publisher Gearbox has announced.

The Godfall Ultimate Edition is said to be the “best and most complete way to enjoy Godfall“. The package will include all the content & updates from the PS4, PS5 and Epic Games Store versions of the game. You’ll also get all the expansions released in that time too, including the Fire & Darkness expansion and the Ascended.

Also included in the package will be the game’s forthcoming Exalted Update. This will include the introduction to the game of new Valorplate Shards. They’re powerful new abilities tied to each Valorplate that will allow you to play these classes in different ways. You’ll be able to mix and match these shards, so you’re not locked into one specific build, to match your playstyle.

In addition, you’ll also be able to upgrade Valorplates with these shards. Collecting all four turns it into an Ascendant Valorplate, and unlocks a further new ability. Each individual shard can also be levelled up five times to increase its power. Doing so makes it become an Exalted Valorplate and unlocks a third, passive, ability.
